　　本系列电动机是Y系列三相异步电动机的派生产品，具有结构紧凑、制动可靠、定位准确、制动力矩调节范围大等优点，适用于各种升降机械，传送机械，冶金化工设备及轻、重工业系统中要求快速停车，准确定位场所。

　　YEJ系列电机由Y系列异步电动机附加交流制动器组合而成，其安装尺寸与Y系列三相异步电动机相同，功率等级和转速的对应关系与Y系列电机相同，符合IEC标准，与国外同类产品间有良好的互换性。

　　YDEJ系列电机由YD系列变极三相异步电动机附加交流制动器组合而成，其安装尺寸与Y系列三相异步电动机相同，功率等级和转速的对应关系与YD系列电机相同，符合IEC标准，与国外同类产品间有良好的互换性。

　　YEJ系列和YDEJ系列电动机的交流制动器由三相380V电源直接供电。交流制动器不仅制动速度快（比直流平面制动器快100倍），而且由于无二极管整流，因此大幅度提高电机可靠性和使用寿命。

　　该系列变频电机中自主研发交流制动器经推向市场获得广泛好评。 

　　本系列变频电机可制成直联式结构，安装型式和尺寸参见直联式安装表。

　　本系列变频电机可以按用户提供的图纸设计并制造。

YEJ Series 3-Phase Frequency Conversion and Variable Speed Asynchronous Motor with Brake, and YDEJ Series 3-Phase Frequency Conversion and Variable Speed Asynchronous Motor with Brake are the variation products of the Y series 3-phase asynchronous motor with the advantages of compact in size, reliable AC brake, accurate position and wide range of adjustable braking torque. It is suitable for rapidly stopping applications used in the various purposes, such as hoisting machines, conveying machines, metallurgical equipments, and chemical industrial equipments.

The YEJ series and YDEJ series motors are respectively composed of Y series and YD series motors combined with AC brakes. The mounting dimension, power rating and rotating speed of them are as same as those of corresponding Y series and YD series motors. They meet IEC standard and have the remarkable crossing-over and uniform features with same kind of products manufactured both in China as well as from overseas.

The AC brake is powered directly from a three phase power supply without rectified diodes. The AC brakes are not only quick response braking (100 times quicker than a DC single phase brake) but also have improved reliability and long service life. The advantages of AC brakes also include precise positioning, such as no axial movements, and the capability of a wide adjustable range of braking torque, such as from zero (0) to any desired values. The AC brake is an approved patent from the National Patent Bureau. The approval patent number is: 97206492.3

The motor has been awarded an approved patent from the National Patent Bureau with number of ZL 200820057339.5.
